CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please arrive 15 min before the appointment time, client consultation card (face & body) must be completed and signed before treatment.

A 12-hour cancellation notice is requested as a “no show” will be charged full price. Late arrivals treatment time will be reduced accordingly but still be charged at full price. We regret NO children are allowed to accompany parents during treatments (We strive to create a relaxed and calm environment for our clients).

Gratuity is discretionary and not included in the treatment price.
